Shipping and Returns

There are three shipping options:

Products can be shipped directly to your home. In mainland France, delivery is free for all orders over €300; below this amount, the fee is €8 per order. All returns are free. In mainland France, products can also be shipped directly to your home via express delivery. If you place your order before 11 AM, you will receive it the next day.

In France, products can also be delivered to a 'pick-up point.' For other countries we ship to, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination. In all countries, all returns are free.

Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next day. Once dispatched, over 90% of orders in mainland France are delivered within two working days. For example, if you order on a Monday at 10 AM, your order will likely arrive on Wednesday. If you order on a Monday at 5 PM, your order will likely arrive on Thursday.

For international deliveries, generally allow an additional day.

You have 14 days to request a refund directly from this link https://retour.sympl.fr/ with your phone number and order number. You will immediately receive a return label and we will refund you as soon as we receive your package. The product must not have been worn, must not be damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging. Product returns are free

If you placed an order under €300 and paid for shipping, unfortunately, those shipping fees cannot be refunded.
