2. Products and Availability

  • All products listed on our Site are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors or details.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or unavailability of products.
  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer standard and express shipping options.
  • Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped the same day.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on your location.
  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from receipt to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Returns are free, and refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order was under €300.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • To exercise this right, contact us at contact@again-store.com or use our return portal: https://retour.sympl.fr/.
  • The refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Warranty & Defective Products

  • Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and warranty against hidden defects (2 years).
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos at contact@again-store.com.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund for defective items.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Again shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
  • In case of disputes, customers can seek an amicable resolution or contact a consumer mediator.
  • If legal action is required, the courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms of Sales

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sales at any time. The current version at the time of your order will apply.
