Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must:
- Be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
Returns are free of charge for all customers.
How to Initiate a Return

- Enter your order number and phone number
- You will receive a return label instantly
- Pack the item(s) securely and drop them off at the designated return location
If your order was under €300 and included shipping fees, please note that these fees are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the order was paid using a gift card, store credit, or e-gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@again-store.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or PayPal account
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
